By using this website you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions stated here. Use of www.laura-slowe.co.uk ("The Site") by you ("Users") constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the "Last Updated" section at the bottom of the page will change to the date the Terms and Conditions were changed

The Site

Names, logos, images and product specific data found on this site are the intellectual property of The Rainbow Attic and may not be copied or modified without prior written consent
The Site accepts no liability from and damage, loss or other problems arising from use of this site
The Site is provided "AS IS" and we make no guarantees that it will be available at all times

Contracting my Services

Most services that I perform are done through the group The Folkestone Pagan Circle. While you are engaging me in these services, all contracts and payments are made through the FPC.

Payment for Services

All services such as workshops and ceremonies must be paid for in advance, via PayPal. You will be issued with a receipt via PayPal
No other forms of payment will be accepted unless agreed in advance

Handling and Storage of Information

When paying online, we do not handle any payment details, as this is handled through the PayPal payment gateway
We will store your personal information only as far as is needed to provide you with the services you have paid for
Once we no longer need your personal details we will delete them, and we will never share your personal details with any third parties

Cancellation of Services

If we have to cancel any services that have been paid for, we will offer you a full refund

If you cancel a ceremony you have paid for, we will refund your money, less any money that has already been spent (on venues, materials etc) and we reserve the right to withhold money to cover time spent in planning

If you cancel a workshop after booking, we will only refund the amount if your place is re-booked by another person


When attending a workshop, you must attend within 15 minutes of the start time or we reserve the right to refuse you entry. This is due to the spiritual and time sensitive nature of the workshops



When booking a Private Ceremony, a non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure your booking

This Deposit will be 1/3 of the total quoted price, or £50, whichever is greater. This must be paid through PayPal

In the event that you cancel your Ceremony, this deposit will not be refunded. However if you move the date with at least 2 weeks notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new date

In the unlikely event that we cannot perform the Ceremony, you will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid us. However we will not be liable for any other cancellation costs you may incur

The Outstanding Balance of the Ceremony Price must be paid no less that 7 days before the Ceremony takes place
